Exchange Policy

Important Update: Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange. All sale purchases are final.

EXCHANGE

  • All exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to return the package to our address.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the service in your area's pin code.
  • Any issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
  • Exchange charges of 100 INR will be charged for logistics.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • To initiate an exchange, please submit a request here, along with a clear photo or video of the product defect. Once the exchange is approved, your item will be picked up within 4–5 business days.
  • The exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item, and your new order will be shipped.
  • Please ensure the product being exchanged is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all tags still attached.

RETURN & REFUND

  • No return or refund will be provided, however you exchange if it meets the exchange criteria.

    CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, if the product qualifies for a exchange, you may exchange it in accordance with our exchange or return policy respectively.
    • Refusing to accept the delivery will be treated as a return, and a refund will be processed deducting the logistic fee (i.e. 100 INR).
    • Orders can be canceled before shipment by visiting the "My Account" page or contacting customer support.
